Marrow is an AI-powered recipe extraction service that uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to extract recipe information from URLs including YouTube videos, TikTok videos, and blog posts. The Service processes publicly available content to provide structured recipe data.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Recipe data extracted by Marrow is processed by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. The AI may misinterpret ingredients, quantities, cooking times, or instructions.

Always verify ingredients and cooking instructions before use, especially regarding food allergens, dietary restrictions, and cooking temperatures. Marrow is not a substitute for professional culinary or medical advice.

4. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Extracted recipesremain the intellectual property of their original creators. Marrow does not claim ownership of recipe content extracted from third-party sources. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted content complies with applicable copyright laws and the source site's terms of service.

7. User Content and Community

When you set recipes to "public" visibility, they become accessible to other users of the Service. By sharing content publicly, you grant Marrow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

You retain ownership of any original modifications, notes, or content you add to recipes. You are responsible for ensuring your public content does not violate any third-party rights or community guidelines.

8. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any content on Marrow infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at support@marrowrecipe.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-extracted recipe content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-extracted recipe content.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of California, United States.
